When is the deadline for registration?
- 1 week before the live day. But the slots are limited, we encourage you to submit registration earlier to secure a slot.
When should we finalize our slides and upload the pre-record presentation?
- 3 days before the live day.
Is there any Q&A session after the pitch presentation? How long is it?
- There’s no Q&A session, we will collect audience questions via survey and get back to you.
Does the attached presentation have to be the same as the one that I will / would present at the conference, or can it be distinct (to cover more detail)?
- It’s ok. You can use a different one for the conference. You will have 15mins for your presentation.
What should I do if there is an error on the webpage after submitting my application?
- It is possible that you have filled in too much content in some of the columns.
For the live session, do we attend the session online and give the presentation live? What is the process like?
- The presentation will be conducted virtually. You will receive a webinar link to attend the session live. However, you will need to provide a 10–15-minute pre-recorded presentation along with its accompanying PowerPoint. Your presentation will be played live to a verified audience on January 7-9.
If we register, will we be able to present at the live session? Or do we have an option to choose between the live session and the VoD Roadshow?
- By registering, you will have the opportunity to present during the live session via the pre-recorded format. Additionally, your presentation will be available on the VoD platform from January 21-23 for attendees who missed the live session or wish to review it again.
Will the information we provide in the registration be open to the public? Who will get access to the asset information?
- No, the information provided in the registration will not be publicly accessible; it is kept strictly for record purposes. Only registered participants and specific attendees will have access to the asset information.
After registration, we will prepare an article featuring your company. This fee may be waived if you promote the event by posting about it on your website and sharing it on LinkedIn or WeChat.
