As we approach the end of 2023, there are 3 licensing deals between December 25 and 29, 2023. Specifically, there are 2 Out-of-licensing deals and 1 overseas deal. This week’s spotlight is on AstraZeneca’s proposed acquisition of Gracell, aimed at furthering its objectives in cell therapy to address cancer and autoimmune disorders.
