1. Summary of the week

在经历了前两周的交易热潮后， 2024年第三周全球共计有8项资产交易，较上周的25项明显减少。其中中国市场交易仅有一起。李氏大药厂从Windtree Therapeutics引进三款心血管领域资产，交易总价值达138百万美元。海外市场则有7项资产交易。

In the third week of January 2024, a total of 8 licensing and cooperation agreements were signed globally, reflecting a decrease in activity compared to the previous week, which saw a total of 25 deals concluded. Only one deal took place in the Chinese Market. This particular deal involved Windtree Therapeutics and Lee’s Pharma, encompassing a licensing-in agreement for three cardiovascular assets valued at $138 million. Overseas, seven additional licensing and cooperation deals were finalized during this week.
