1. Summary of the week

Between January 19 and 26, 2024, a total of 9 licensing and cooperation agreements were successfully signed. Notably, 4 of these agreements were secured within the Chinese Market, while the remaining 5 had a global scope. The standout deal of the week revolves around the licensing agreement involving Glenmark, Jiangsu Alphamab Biopharmaceuticals, and 3D Medicines for KN035 (Envafolimab), amounting a total worth of $701 million.
