Within China’s biotech sector, a single in-licensing agreement was reached, specifically involving a collaboration and licensing arrangement between Incyte and China Medical System concerning Povorcitinib. On a global scale, three additional licensing and collaboration agreements were finalized. Leading the week’s transactions were Nurix Therapeutics and Gilead Sciences, with a combined deal value of $1,788.5 million.
