About GenKOre
○ GenKOre has been developing CRISPR-Cas12f platform technology with mini-nuclease and proprietary gRNA, called as TaRGET (Tiny nuclease/augment RNA-based Genome Editing Technology) for over 15 years. Our TaRGET platform technology includes TaRGET-CUT (K/O), TaRGET-ABE (based editing), TaRGET-A/I (activation/inhibitor) and TaRGET-FREE (K/I), which are all deliverable by all-in-one AAV vector due to its hypercompact size vs CRISPR-Cas9. With these technologies, we are developing gene editing therapy for ocular, muscular, CNS and liver diseases.
○ We have a track record of signing the collaboration and license agreement with a US-based biotech company and a research collaboration agreement with Revvity recently.
○ We are seeking for out-licensing (1) R&D pipelines (Ocular – LCA10, CNS – HD & SMA) or (2) CRISPR-Cas12f technology (IP) to CDMO/cell therapy companies and (3) collaborating with the companies for their delivery technology in CNS field.
