Kalpana Gupta is a seasoned healthcare executive with 20+ years of experience in the public and private sectors. Kalpana joined Regeneron in 2014 after consulting with PwC’s Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Healthcare Advisory Practice. She has extensive experience in drug development, strategy, and business development, and a keen focus on improving individual and societal health and well-being. In her role at Regeneron, she leads partnership strategy and licensing for the company’s Immunology, Infectious Diseases, and Metabolism portfolio. Previously, Kalpana was at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiatives for over a decade, where she led the external R&D, partnering, and alliance management functions. Kalpana has a Doctorate in Philosophy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia University.
